Apartment

A group of young investors acquired this apartment in Tona which, although old, was located in a very charming building. The goal was to preserve the history of the place while updating the spaces to make it a temporary rental. Working within the available budget, we managed to recover the wooden windows and glass, adding a historical touch to the environment. We also designed and assembled the kitchen and bathrooms, using functional and modern materials. The final result is a renovated, practical and timeless apartment that still keeps all its history intact.
