In Barcelona's well-known Eixample, we were commissioned to reform an old premise and turn it into a designer real estate agency. During the process of demolition and removal of old cladding, we discovered well-maintained original brick walls and some amazing concrete columns, so we decided to incorporate these elements into the design. The rest of the materials chosen were cement, black iron, glass, and wood. The final result is a modern and cozy space, with custom-designed furniture, adapted to the budget and needs of our client.
